We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You are using the Site for lawful purposes only.
  • You will not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Site.

Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action if necessary.

3. Product Listings & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to accurately describe products, but errors may occur. We do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are 100% accurate.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors and update listings at any time without prior notice.
  • Purchasing a product does not guarantee future value. Trading cards, collectibles, and similar items are subject to market fluctuations.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.
  • Orders are not considered final until payment is processed and accepted.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments (If Accepted in the Future)
    We may accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment in the future. If we do, the price of any product purchased with cryptocurrency will be determined at the exact moment of purchase, based on the prevailing exchange rate. Once a transaction is completed, it is final. If the value of the cryptocurrency increases or decreases after purchase, no adjustments, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided. For example, if you purchase an item for 2 XRP at an exchange rate of $2.22 per XRP ($4.44 total), and the price of XRP later increases, you are not entitled to receive additional XRP or fiat currency in return. All cryptocurrency transactions are non-refundable and irreversible.
  • No Chargebacks or Payment Reversals
    By purchasing from our Site, you agree that all sales are final. You waive the right to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action, account suspension, and reporting to fraud prevention agencies.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe but are not guaranteed to ship on a specific date.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • Right to Cancel Orders
    We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Inventory shortages or unavailability
    • Violation of these Terms
      If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges at our sole discretion.
  • Return Fraud Policy:
    • If a customer returns a different item than the one purchased, they will be permanently banned and reported to authorities for fraud.
    • If a customer habitually purchases and returns trading cards based on player performance, they will be permanently banned. “Habitually” is defined as 3 times over a one year period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paired Inc. and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the Site or in product listings.
  • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
  • Unauthorized access to user data or financial transactions beyond our control.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.

8. Indemnification

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paired Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your use or misuse of our products or services.
  • Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Paired Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content or practices.
  • Any transactions or interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, misused our services or slandered us online, offline (such as in print or TV), or on social media.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Indiana.
  • You agree to waive any right to class action lawsuits and only pursue claims individually.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, failures, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or supplier disruptions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Other Points to Note

No Reseller or Bulk Buyer Protection
Our products are intended for individual buyers. If you purchase in bulk or as a reseller, you accept all risks associated with market fluctuations, inventory changes, and resale values. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to market shifts, product demand, or changes in card values. Bulk orders are final sale and may be subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Market Fluctuations Disclaimer
The value of trading cards, collectibles, and other market-driven products may fluctuate over time. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge that product values can increase or decrease and accept all risks associated with market volatility. We are not responsible for any changes in market value after purchase.

Disputes Must Be Handled Privately
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us directly at jk@cardszn.com before posting complaints, negative reviews, or accusations on social media or public forums. Failure to do so may result in account termination and legal action if false or defamatory claims are made.

Shipping Liability Waiver
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Non-Refundable Digital Products
Any digital goods, downloadable content, or virtual items sold on this Site are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital product has been delivered, the sale is final.

Liquidated Damages for Fraudulent Activity
If we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, return fraud, or a violation of these Terms, you agree to compensate us for damages, fees, and expenses incurred, including but not limited to legal fees, investigation costs, and administrative expenses.
