Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Fraud & Abuse Policy
We take return fraud seriously. The following actions will result in a permanent ban from future purchases:
- Item Substitution Scam: If a customer purchases an item, claims it is “not as described,” and returns a different item, they will be permanently banned.
- Habitual Performance-Based Returns: If a customer repeatedly purchases trading cards (e.g., sports cards) and returns them based on player performance (e.g., returning a card after a player has a bad game or season), and a pattern of this behavior is identified, they will be permanently banned.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds and refuse future transactions if we suspect abuse of our policies.
Returns & Refunds
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Returns are only accepted if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If the return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.
- Contact your bank—there may be additional processing delays.
- If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at {email address}.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, ship it to 768 Altam Ave, Carmel, IN 46032.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
